Last Updated: 2026. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully prior to booking service appointments with Appliance Repair Alpharetta GA. By scheduling a service call online or via phone, you agree to these operating terms and conditions.
1. Diagnostic Visit & Trip Fee Policy
Our standard in-home diagnostic evaluation fee is $79.00. This fee covers our technician’s travel, physical inspection, diagnostic electrical/mechanical telemetry testing, and a written flat-rate repair estimate. If you approve the repair work, the $79.00 diagnostic fee is 100% credited toward your final invoice. If you decline the repair estimate, the diagnostic fee remains due upon completion of the inspection.
2. Appointment Scheduling & Arrival Windows
We provide 2-hour arrival windows for scheduled visits and 45–90 minute windows for emergency same-day dispatch. Our technicians make courtesy notification calls prior to arrival. An adult aged 18 or older must be present on site during the entire diagnostic and repair session.
3. OEM Replacement Parts & Warranties
We install factory-authorized OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) components to maintain engineering integrity and protect factory warranties. All completed repairs carry our 90-Day Parts & Labor Warranty. If the exact replaced component fails within 90 days of service under normal operating conditions, we will replace it without additional service fees.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service visit. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and electronic payments. Commercial accounts with pre-approved credit terms are invoiced according to net terms agreed upon in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
While our certified mechanics exercise the utmost care when handling home appliances, we are not liable for pre-existing structural decay, floor water damage caused prior to our arrival, or manufacturer defects beyond the scope of the repaired component.
